Joshua Tabor has admitted to water-boarding his little girl, whose custody he won just a month ago, because he knew she was horrified of water.
The 27-year-old soldier was arrested after he turned up in a Kevla More..r military helmet, threatening to smash windows.
Police went to Tabor’s home in neighboring Yelm, where his girlfriend told them about the alleged torture.
His terrified 4-year-old daughter bore bruises all over her back and scratch marks on her neck when she was found hiding in a closet, police said. When asked how she got her injuries, she replied: “Daddy did it,” according to The Daily Telegraph.

THIS IS GETTING OUT OF HAND. Yesterday I caught a pregnat women and 2 sixty year of men stealing. They weren’t toghether but thats not the point ,shoplifting is reaching eqidemic levels nowadays. Everyone is stealing some blame it on the ressesion I think it just a lack of morals. If you’re broke you should be stealing food not clothes you can go to your local church, masjid,synagouge, temple or where ever you go and someone will give you some clothes. What kinds of people are stealing all of them. Lately i’ve caught a homecoming queen, a honor student, a minister, etc. I’ve caught white people, black people, Asian, hispaics of bothe sexes in every race. Yes this is a epidemic how are we going to stop it. The system has us so caught up on names and brands we’re selling our souls trying to get them, breaking out necks to have somebody else’s name on our pockets this has got to stop.
